Boutique Exec Search firm is seeking an Operations Manager for immediate start.


This role supports the consulting team across a wide range of business processes and has full ownership of several key functions


The role is specifically designed to increase efficiency and accuracy and facilitate the further success of the business.


Responsibilities:


Optimisation and effectiveness of processesBuilding out systems processes, onboarding and career pathwaysDatabase administration and optimisationAdministration and management of the company website and contentInterface between all external providers (IT, Web, Legal etc.)Project based admin dutiesManagement of onboarding candidatesFinancial management through analysis data driven trends and tactical expenditureManaging marketingManaging Talent AcquisitionSupport the sales team to create sales related content


Required skills:


• Experience of working in a recruitment setting

• Ability to manage a variety of tasks at any given time & exceptional organisational skills

• Work quickly and efficiently

• Strong communication skills, with an understanding of how to influence people and situations from both a written and verbal perspective

• Degree desired, not essential
