You will be responsible for the company's day-to-day financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, adherence to regulatory mandates, and the establishment of robust financial strategies and controls.

What we need from you?
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.Develop and support budgeting and forecasting activities.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Liaise with External Auditors and coordinate the audit process.Monitor the organisation’s cash flow management.Develop cash management strategies to optimise financial resources.Oversee tax planning and compliance activities, coordinating with external Tax Advisors as necessary.Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.Contribute to the financial strategic planning of the organization, providing financial insights to support business decision-making.Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations and the broader business.
What you need to succeed?
Ideally you will be qualified or part qualified CIMA or ACCA or qualified by experience (QBE).3 - 5 years experience in financial management in a similar roleGood knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.Be a dynamic, forward thinking, solutions focussed team player, who delivers excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
