BRIEF OVERVIEW OF DUTIES:

As part of the Food and Beverage Team, you will be integral in providing high end, personalised and memorable experiences for all our guests.

You will be responsible for delivering efficient and professional food and beverage service to our guests. Can pay close attention to detail and upsell when the situation arises to promote food and beverage offerings. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the breakfast/kitchen/bar area. Help with the day to day running of the pot wash and dishwasher. Ensure all equipment is stored correctly and allocated to the designated areas. Helping with the unloading and putting away of deliveries. Helping with food preparation task (such as peeling and chopping vegetables) Experience of working with Micros and Hilton is preferable, but full training is provided for all our systems. Ensure all Health and Safety legislation and procedures are adhered to; this will involve appropriate training.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

Experience in the hospitality industry would be a bonus, but not essential. High Standard of personal appearance and hygiene. Flexibility with shift times/availability.
