Factory Supervisor

£28,000 - £30,000 + Industry training + Share Options + 4 on 4 off + Days Based

Park Royal (Ideally located: Wembley, Greenford , Ealing, Kensington)

Are you a Supervisor / Team Leader, from a manufacturing background looking to join a leading company offering a shifts based role with specialist training and long term progression?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career, where you will oversee a skilled team of operators in a highly varied role. There will be inhouse training and chances to progress even further in the business.

This company are experiencing exponential growth and are at the forefront of the healthcare industry. They are going from strength to strength so they require likeminded individuals to help fuel further expansion.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to oversee and provide technical support to a team of operators. You will need to be a keen problem solver as you would need to be reactive to the needs of the factory.

This position is ideal for a supervisor/ team leader from a factory production background looking to join a market leader.

The Position:

  • 4 on 4 off
  • Overseeing team of operators
  • 12 hour shifts
