Description
Build
- Assist in the deployment of solutions or implementation of managed changes to support ServiceNow requests or works as part of a local team making changes to support project implementations.
- Work to a defined test plan to ensure compliance with standards.
- Produces documentation to support relevant components of solutions or system changes they undertook.
Run
- Responsible for ServiceNow incidents, identifies problems and partakes in escalation toother support teams, in line with agreed SLAs.
- Responsible for ServiceNow requests, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.
- For both incidents and requests, maintains all relevant documentation as required.
- Contributes to ensuring the service delivery is effective and efficient.
- Participates in local aspects of system operations.

- Utilises the company's purchasing process to ensure availability of all services and meetincident and requests.
Manage
- Understands risk management and identifies problems, changes and project tasks,escalating as requiredThis role attracts an on call allowance and call out payments when rostered to be on-call.

Job Offer
Full time contract of 12 months with the possibility to extend it.
