Description

Build

  • Assist in the deployment of solutions or implementation of managed changes to support ServiceNow requests or works as part of a local team making changes to support project implementations.
  • Work to a defined test plan to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Produces documentation to support relevant components of solutions or system changes they undertook.

Run

  • Responsible for ServiceNow incidents, identifies problems and partakes in escalation toother support teams, in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Responsible for ServiceNow requests, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.
  • For both incidents and requests, maintains all relevant documentation as required.
  • Contributes to ensuring the service delivery is effective and efficient.
  • Participates in local aspects of system operations.

Enable

  • Utilises the company's purchasing process to ensure availability of all services and meetincident and requests.

Manage

  • Understands risk management and identifies problems, changes and project tasks,escalating as requiredThis role attracts an on call allowance and call out payments when rostered to be on-call.

Profile

Ability to manage and prioritise stakeholder expectations at all levels ranging from end user up to C-level

An ability to communicate complex technical issues to business users

An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure
