Social Value Partner

The Social Value Partner is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company's social value strategy. This includes developing and implementing innovative social value projects and initiatives across the business including ESG, CSR & ED&I.
You will work closely with the Bid Writing Team responsible for writing the ESG/CSR Element of client bids ensuring that commitments/projects in the business are delivered.

The company is a leading provider of business services, employing over 450 people across multiple sites. With a commitment to social value, sustainability and ED&I, the company is seeking to expand its Human Resources team in Leeds with the addition of a Social Value Partner.
Description
Develop and implement the company's social value strategy managing budgetsIdentify and drive innovative social value projectsWriting the ESG/CSR element of client bid documentsEngage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders including charity's, public sector clientsMonitor and report on the impact of social value initiativesPromote the company's commitment to social value internally and externallyCollaborate with other departments to integrate social value into business operationsSupport the wider Human Resources team as requiredKeep abreast of changes in social value legislation and best practiceGender Pay Gap ReportingProfile
A successful Social Value Partner should have:
Proven experience in a similar role or ESG, CSR or ED&IKnowledge of Public Sector TOMS and Social Value FrameworkCreative writer with attention to detailExcellent project management skillsStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skillsKnowledge of social value legislation and best practiceExcellent communication and presentation skillsJob Offer
