We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, creative and visionary Leader of Key Stage 5 Mathematics to join us. The role provides an excellent opportunity for an outstanding leader to drive significant school improvement. We are looking for a strategic thinker, who will embrace the opportunity to work collaboratively to embed sustainable school improvement in Key Stage 5 mathematics. You will have the autonomy and freedom to shape the agenda for mathematics at Imberhorne for lasting impact, and you will find a staff and student body who readily embrace change for the better.

The position requires someone who can inspire others and help us deliver our vision. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

·        The energy, drive and resilience to make a tangible difference in mathematics at Key Stage 5 in a large and ambitious school.

·        The integrity, moral purpose, presence and emotional intelligence necessary to inspire confidence in staff, students and parents.

Imberhorne is a thriving 11 – 18 school, on the Surrey/Sussex border. We currently have 1630 students on roll, including 281 in our Sixth Form. We are committed to safeguarding children and all posts are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
