Working 37 hours per week, based 3 days at Riverside House and 2 days at Rockingham Professional Development Centre, you will be responsible for administering financial transactions on behalf of Facilities Services.

Are you enthusiastic, self motivated, and confident in verbal and written communications?

Do you possess a good standard of I.T Skills?

Are you experienced in working within a busy office environment?

Would you like to work as part of a well-supported team?

Do you have experience of managing and administering financial transactions?

If so, we would like to hear from you.

The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have the ability to handle multiple tasks as well as pay attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

The post holder will provide finance and technical support to all areas of Facilities Services, dealing with internal and external customers over the telephone and via email, as well as providing daily administration and adherence to deadlines of service specific processes.

There will be opportunity to expand your skills and learn more about the service. You will need to be hardworking, customer focussed, conscientious and able to adapt and work in a busy environment. You should have excellent I.T skills and MS Excel knowledge is essential. Training will be provided for our internal systems.
