Roving Facilities Manager
Location: London or Outside of M25
Are you a Facilities Manager looking for more responsibility and the chance to work across multiple sites or even multiple clients?
We have two opportunities for an experienced Facilities Manager to come and support our teams and clients, the first opportunity will see you work within London M25, zone 1 and 2, the second will be across London and the South East.
As the Roving Facilities Manager you will support the delivery, on multi-site, multi-client portfolios, you will have the opportunity to support clients within Office, Retail and Industrial sectors.
This role will see you managing varying clients across different locations you will carry out site visits and inspections, you will drive the overall standards of the contract and attend regular meetings with your client, tenants and contractors, ensuring we develop and improve our Facilities Management services delivery. Maintain and operate Meridian and Elogbooks systems.
As well as managing the day to day contracts you will also be instrumental in developing the contracts and promote additional services to support the sales for other service lines within Cushman & Wakefield.
We are looking for someone who can build relationships quickly and has strong commercial awareness, cost control, variance and forecasting reporting experience is key. You will have strong IT skills inc. Word, Excel, and web use to a minimum of intermediate level.
You will also hold a full valid UK driving licence and it would be advantageous if you held an FM qualification. We will also require you to hold or working towards an H&S or an IOSH qualification.
