Description

  • Manage and oversee the company's tax affairs
  • Ensure tax compliance in all operations
  • Manage tax risks and provide strategic tax planning
  • Work closely with the finance team to align tax strategies with business goals
  • Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations
  • Manage relationships with tax authorities and external advisers
  • Prepare and review tax reports and returns
  • Provide tax guidance to other departments in the company

Profile

A successful Group Tax Manager should have:

  • Relevant accounting or tax certification ( e.g. ACA, ACCA or CTA)
  • Experience in managing tax affairs in/for a large organisation
  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
