We are seeking a Lead Scrub Theatre Practitioner to join our Urology Theatre Team at the Princess Grace Hospital, which has been rated "Good" by the CQC. Our theatres offer a dynamic and professional environment, equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is truly unmatched.
The Princess Grace Hospital is renowned as one of London's premier multidisciplinary private hospitals. With eight theatres, including a hybrid theatre, a robotic surgery suite, and three laminar flow theatres for orthopaedic surgery, we provide a cutting-edge setting for surgical excellence.
As a Lead Theatre Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational management of our theatre provision and team on a day-to-day basis. From an operational perspective you’ll have a wide range of duties meaning no days will be the same – you could be conducting a variety of audits; ensuring stock take & consumable requirements are fulfilled; investigating any accidents or complaints or providing clinical oversight and guidance.

What you’ll bring:
Minimum of 5 years experience in Urology Theatre's.
Experience in Robotics
Operating Department Practitioner/Registered Nurse qualified with valid NMC Pin.
Strong knowledge of clinical practices
Commitment to continuous professional development.
Some management experience as you will lead a team of 6 people but training and development would be given.
A collaborative team player, willing to step in and support colleagues when needed.
