Position Overview:
We are looking for qualified secondary teachers across various subjects to fill full-time positions. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, inspiring students to reach their full potential, and contributing to the overall success of the school community. Whether your specialism is English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or another subject, we have exciting opportunities for you to thrive in your teaching career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure the well-being and academic success of all students.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the school's teaching and learning practices.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • A degree in a relevant subject area.
  • Proven experience teaching at the secondary level.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
