This is for you night owls
One of the well-known Food Manufacturers in the area, is looking for an experienced Area Manager to join their production team. If you have previously worked as a Section Leader, Production Supervisor or a Senior Line Leader we would like to hear from you
The key focuses for the Area Manager position will be to take ownership of every aspect of the products in their department, making sure they comply with all company and customer specifications.
Daily plans will be issued, and the Area Manager will be required to ensure the plans are delivered in the correct order, on time and in full.
Other duties will include ensuring that planned outputs and performance efficiencies are consistently achieved in line with KPI requirements and standards, taking accountability for all department production, maintaining high GMP standards through visible leadership and managing and working with your team ensuring that they are happy in their roles, and are on the right development path.
Essential Criteria
- Production experience at supervisory level gained in an FMCG environment
- Ability to organise and supervise a trained and motivated shift team
- Customer focus to understand the needs of different customers
- Be able to demonstrate understanding and awareness of Health & Safety
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge of GMP & HACCP
- Ability to work nights 12hours
