The role:
Are you a skilled Projects, Infrastructure & Construction Associate 1-3 years PQE seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity that is sure to springboard your career? This top-tier practice in Bristol is currently seeking an additional Associate to join their talented team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing complex infrastructure arrangements, estate management projects, joint ventures, and legacy PFI/PPP projects.
Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating construction contracts utilizing various industry-standard forms such as NEC, FIDIC, ICC, among others.
Additionally, you'll have the chance to engage with district heating projects, providing counsel to both public and private sector clients on the evolving district heating market and associated connection/supply arrangements.
As such, this role would suit someone who has experience with major projects, non-contentious construction and a bit of general commercial experience.
