They pride themselves on having strong sustainability & Environmental values and strive to reach their goals with innovative ideas.On offer is a varied role where you will report to the Logistics Manager & will be responsible for transport-based administration & assisting in the management of driver schedules and routes within a busy food production site.This is a fantastic position for a candidate who is looking to develop their career in an interesting role with a company who are committed to their staff and offer continuous support with personal development and training opportunities available.If you want to be part of a highly focused environment, where attention to detail, excellent skills and diligence is required this could be the role for you.The Role:

  • General Administration duties within a busy transport & logistics team
  • Processing transport invoices
  • Driver and vehicle paperwork, assisting in the management of driver schedules and routes & communicating with drivers on schedules and work planning
  • To assist in the operation and management of the company weighbridge
  • To assist in the administration of fleet maintenance

The candidate:

  • Previous experience with transport Administration, and a solid understanding of vehicle documents and industry regulations
  • Conscientious, professional and keen problem solver with an eye for detail & great communication skills
  • Must have excellent attention to detail & great IT skills with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Clean full driving license
  • Looking to work for a company who value their staff & actively promote ongoing development
