Alexander Barnes is working with an international fund looking for interim day rate contractors to support ongoing project demands of investor onboarding, compliance, and operations. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the entire investor onboarding process, including collecting necessary documentation, conducting due diligence checks, and collaborating with relevant departments to ensure a seamless transition for new investors and business entities. Ensure strict adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures throughout the onboarding process. Regularly review investor due diligence and identification documentation to maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct periodic reviews of investor accounts to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Validate the accuracy and completeness of client information and documentation, and address any discrepancies or issues promptly. Review and process redemption requests from investors, ensuring that appropriate customer due diligence (CDD) documentation is in place before approving distributions. Coordinate with internal teams to process redemption requests accurately and efficiently. Educational Background and Professional Experience: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance or business administration is preferred. 3-7 years of hands-on experience in the funds industry, specifically in areas like investor onboarding, client services, or fund administration. Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to the funds industry, particularly concerning investor onboarding processes. Advantageous if ACAMS or ICA certified
