A really exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, flexible and organised individual to work within the Housing Property and Strategic Projects Division.

We are seeking an individual who holds a positive attitude, is adaptable and highly enthusiastic to make a positive difference in the way we deliver and improve upon housing related construction schemes as well as cyclical improvement programmes across the Council’s portfolio of 9,300 homes.

You will be responsible for monitoring the Department's Construction Programmes and ensuring that site works are carried out to required standards with regards to quality, programme, workmanship, and compliance with statutory regulations.

You will need conversational Welsh, but support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
