**Pay Rate**:£10.43 -£12.00 per hour

**Contract Type**:
Full Time, Part Time

Utilise the client’s customised commercial cleaning checklist to perform all tasks to the standards established by the client. High cleaning standards are always to be maintained.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Cleans assigned areas to meet specifications
- Pay attention to detail Work to set timescales and deliver
- Performs sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting of floors
- Ensures that all floors are cleaned according to standard operating procedures
- Ensures that all cleaning chemicals are used properly for quality control purposes
- Ensures that all equipment is cleaned according to standard operating procedures
- Ensures that all work areas are kept clean, orderly, and sanitary
- Reports any maintenance concerns to appropriate departments
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar environment preferred
- Prior experience using chemical cleaning methods preferred
- Ability to work with multiple priorities, and being flexible throughout the day.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
- Must be able to work as a team player.
