Your new company
It is a well-known restaurant brand with a great reputation. This company has a presence in more than 100 countries and serves millions of customers per day. They are known for their fresh food and great quality produce. Their office is based in central London, and they are due to move into larger brand-new offices in the near future, also in central London.
Your new role
You will be a part-time paralegal reporting to the Head of Legal EMEA. This role will be between 2-3 days and flexibility in working hours is an option. You will be drafting and reviewing important legal documents, specifically looking to extract important data. You will help with file management and organisation and aid the team in liaising with external clients. This role is working on a specific project and will initially be for a 3-month period. There is an option for this to extend to up to six months, depending on the timeline and workload relating to the project.

What you'll need to succeed

  • The ability to draft and review key legal documents ideally with prior experience.
  • Legal experience within the UK.
  • Knowledge of legal databases would be preferable.
  • 3+ years working as a paralegal would be preferable.
  • Experience working in-house in a fast-moving legal team, ideally within the food industry.
  • German language skills would also be preferable.
