About the Role:
We are on the hunt for an exceptional Teaching Assistant to support high-quality teaching and learning within our Early Years setting. This position will see you working closely with children, staff, and parents, contributing to a passionate and dynamic team dedicated to making a difference.

What We're Looking For:

  • A successful teaching assistant capable of supporting and sustaining high teaching standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Strong knowledge of early skills in Mathematics and English.
  • Familiarity with Development Matters and the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Confidence in using ICT to enhance learning experiences.
  • The ability to enthuse and inspire young learners.
  • A proactive team player who is passionate and hardworking.
