Your new role

You will co-ordinate and allocate training via the internal learning platform.Liaise with managers to understand the training needs for their teams and then plan and organise accordingly. Liaise with external providers to arrange external courses.You will work with the HR Lead to help develop the L&D offering and keep abreast of L&D challenges and legislation.


What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, experience of working in an L&D role or within a HR team with some L&D experience.Strong organisation and communication skills


What you'll get in return

35 hour weekHybrid working - min 2 days in the office23 days annual leave + bank holidays.
