Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Duty Manager who will be responsible for maintaining consistent standards of service and ensuring guest satisfaction while creating a work environment that supports organisational values.

We are now looking to recruit a 

Duty Manager

As our new Duty Manager you will:

Ensure the smooth running of the hotel Assist all departments as and when requiredOffer excellent customer serviceBe confident in managing various situationsBe an experienced duty manager or a supervisor looking to progress

The position involves working shifts typically 1500-2300 with mid shifts dependent on the business needs.

The successful candidate will have experience running the Duty Manager Shift in a Hotel holding 100 bedrooms or more. You will have excellent communication skills with both employees and guests and demonstrate exceptional customer service and management skills.
