Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Within area of Operation, Administrator - Customer Programmes will:

  • Manage registration, sign ups and terminations for the Unipart Car Care Centre and KiS Garage Management systems
  • Administration of relevant documentation, processing and database management for customer programmes
  • Support and implement communication plans - digital and traditional
  • Create, maintain and update garage profiles on unipartnercarcare.com
  • Maintain and update garage profiles on the Unipartner App
  • Prepare and update BCS/KIS spreadsheets
  • Create and update weekly reports for the programmes
  • Liaison with MAM for updates, issues and linking customers to their preferred supply chain
  • Communicate and build relationships with BCS garages
  • Obtain and process the information from our suppliers to create the monthly spreadsheets for our customer to be invoiced
  • Liaison with the finance team solving customer queries, assisting and giving advice about the history of the customer
  • Ensure all orders for products & services are actioned within applicable timescales
  • Liaise & co-ordinate with Bosch Factory Service engineers (Internal) & Bosh Technical Service engineers (external), to supply Customers WTE installation, servicing, repair, & calibration and process job sheets following completion of service/repairs.
  • Liaise with all areas of the supply chain to resolve issues and queries by phone and email

Qualifications

Ideally the job holder will have:-

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good administration skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of MS office packages
  • Be customer focused
  • Automotive industry knowledge
