Here in Boston, we employ around 400 colleagues and produce ready to eat salads, prepared vegetables, and snacks for many of the major retailers such as Coop, Boots, Greggs, Costco, Spar and BOL.

What you'll be doing:

Machine Operative - Day Shift - Continental A or B Shift - 06:00-18:00 at £12.68

As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for setting up the machine for the production lines and ensuring due diligence is followed and have a right first-time approach. As part of your role, you will be ensuring the team are working to their Maximum potential as well as ensuring that the machinery is working consistently and correctly. You will be responsible for monitoring production to help attain KPIs for productivity and efficiency.

This role will entail minimum of 10KG lifting.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience working in a food factory working as a Machine Operative or Mixing Operative

Good level of English & Maths

Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene

Ability to work unsupervised.
