Working Hours: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: 11.44 - 12 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a professional and presentable Welcome Host/Receptionist to join our client on a temporary basis. The primary focus of this role is to ensure a welcoming and efficient front desk operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet & Greet: Warmly welcome all visitors and clients, serving as the first point of contact.
- Phone Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Front Desk Management: Maintain a tidy, organised, and presentable reception area.
Experience required:
- Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
