Day to day

About you

We're looking for someone with outstanding communication skills - a natural conversation starter with the passion and enthusiasm to work within travel and tourism. We'd also love to see the following:

Sales experience preferred - but most importantly, we want dedication and confidence in achieving targets through connecting with a variety of guests and closing sales effectively. Experience in customer service roles that allows you to wow our guests and leave a lasting impression to build a repeat customer base. Versatility to overcome challenges in a constantly evolving environment - no two days are ever the same. Flexibility to work varied shifts in line with customer demand. This will include evenings and weekends.
