My client is seeking a passionate Learning & Development Associate to play a key role in shaping our team s growth and success. You ll lead efforts in talent acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing learning, with the chance to directly impact and enhance our recruitment and induction programs. You'll also have the opportunity to develop dynamic, continuous training materials, making a lasting difference in how our team grows and thrives.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create learning materials aligned with business goals.
  • Own your growth and promote continuous learning.
  • Deliver workshops to enhance internal talent.
  • Lead and improve onboarding sessions.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop relevant content.
  • Represent company values through your actions.
  • Use effective methods for training design.
  • Analyse trends to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an L&D role is essential due to workload expectations.
  • Must have knowledge of various L&D methods, with the ability to both write and facilitate content.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
  • CIPD qualification is a plus but not required.
