The team is responsible for Purchase to Pay, Billing, Customer Payments, and Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations and Travel and Expenses.

What will you be doing?
This role provides first line functional support to the business and our suppliers for our procurement systems, by phone and by email.
It involves collaborating with a wide range of people to deliver outstanding customer service for our colleagues and suppliers.
Updating master data in the procurement system e.g. user access, vendors, catalogue listings, accounting cost centres etc.
Monitoring and resolving transactions which have failed to complete successfully, e.g. approved purchase requisitions which have not generated purchase orders, or invoices which have not interfaced.
Supporting users to create, process and maintain their PRs and POs.
Managing Chatbots and assigning tickets to the relevant departments.
Raising change requests with Finance Systems team where required, and partnering with them to test the changes.
Driving the automation agenda, identifying improvements and automations which increase our efficiency and governance.

Proficient use of German in a business environment
Experience of working with Finance / Procurement systems such as Oracle, SAP, Ariba, RightNow.
