You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with relevant local services to ensure our employability programs are aligned and fully integrated with local provision e.g. Job Centre Plus, IAPT, drug and alcohol services etc. Equipped with up-to-date information, you'll empower our operational teams by identifying gaps in provision and sourcing alternative solutions, you'll ensure that everyone is captured. Attending meetings, promoting our services, and influencing local decisions, you'll compose coordinate the right partnerships for our people.

The role will play an important part in both the development and maintenance of our local stakeholder engagement strategy, identifying opportunities and attending meetings to positively promote our services, build strong relationships and input into local re-commissioning/partnership decisions.

The role requires you to have an eye for detail, ensuring training and services delivered through partnership agencies is recorded accurately and timely, with provision shared via the internal systems for colleagues to refer participants onto.

You will also responsible for supporting our key stakeholder relationship with Job Centre Plus, across the delivery area. This will require visibility, engagement and being the face of Triage, as well as our suite of programs, skills and services.

· Identification and development of links to local services

· Accessibility and understanding of available services

· Stakeholder Engagement & Management, contacting local stakeholders (as identified in the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy) to build relationships and provide access to their services

· Liaise with the Operations Manager and local operational teams to assess the needs of our participant caseloads, identifying any gaps in existing provision

· Continually mapping provision and service gaps, quickly implementing additional or alternative provision in response to any changes in services e.g. removal or changes to local services

· Researching, identifying and engaging new providers who can address gaps identified by operational colleagues or at Integration Board meetings

· Make costed business proposals for the utilisation of paid for service provision, where Specialist Partners have been identified to meet emerging and future participant needs e.g. gaps in local service provision

· Ensure any services we offer (whether directly or paid for) complement and do not duplicate any existing services

· Accessibility and understanding of available services

· Responsible for the maintenance of our records ensuring that provider details are accurate, up to date and accessible to operational teams and are relevant to our participant needs

· Ensuring all local services with whom we have built a relationship are recorded

· Regularly reviewing provider details ensuring that service details are accurate, and that referral mechanisms and points of contact are kept up to

· Stakeholder Engagement & Management

· Engaging with stakeholders across the geographical patch, through regular face-to-face and telephone contact

· Acting as the key contact for providers, ensuring queries on referrals or on any aspect of partnership working are resolved within 48 hours (24 hour where possible)

· Monitor Specialist & Integration Partners against agreed quality and/or performance KPIs as agreed in their SLAs

· Ensure that Specialist & Integration Partners provide regular and quality participant feedback following support and interventions

· Assess the impact/value of interventions provided making recommendations for improvements

· Supporting local operational team with accessing and gaining information from partner services, responding to queries in a timely manner

· Attending and proactively inputting into quarterly strategy meetings

· Contributing to and delivering the objectives of the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy

· Capturing contact and progress with stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner on our CRM system

· Representing triage in Partnership at local Boards/Forums/Meetings

· Effective networking and building awareness of local strategic priorities to identify local or regional business development opportunities.

· Undertake other duties as requested which are reasonable and appropriate to the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
