In our team, we implement the safeguards to provide legal protection for people who lack capacity and who are, or may be, deprived of their liberty, ensuring that our residents’ Human Rights are not breached, in line with Article 5 of the Human Rights Act.

Using your up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and developments, you’ll contribute to our flexible response capabilities, assessing complex and high priority referrals and providing an independent review of restrictive care arrangements.
