Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Customer Concierge Assistant to join their friendly and professional team near East Grinstead. The role is ideal for someone with first-class customer-facing experience, strong IT and organisational skills and a desire to transition into a more commercially led position.

The Role:
  • Be the friendly face welcoming patients to the clinic, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the clinic's IT systems.
  • Coordinate appointments, manage schedules, and ensure the smooth running of the clinic day-to-day.
  • Handle the ordering of stationary, clinic equipment, and other essential items to ensure the clinic is fully stocked.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Assist with the opening and closing of the clinic, ensuring everything is in place for the day ahead.

The Person:
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work across different shifts and assist with a variety of tasks as needed.
  • Collaborative and able to work well within a team environment.
