Overall Responsibilities
To maintain excellent IT House Keeping of all computer systems and file storage
Reporting to the Commercial Director & Commercial Manager
To maintain and update the business system accordingly in line with business requirements.
To have regular effective communication with the customer.
Support the management team as required.
You have the responsibility to ensure all areas and workspaces are kept clean, tidy, and
organised to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
To comply to the companies Health & Safety Policies.
To comply to the companies Quality Management System.
To carry out any other reasonable task as requested by the management.
Principal Responsibilities
To work CLOSELY / MANAGE all production office staff in line with their procedures.
Promptly informing the relevant staff of changes to current production plan.
Good working knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) to meet production Plan.
Analise BOM’S
To take ownership of the company’s Production Plan.
To plan the production labour requirements in line with the production plan and advise the
Production Manager of any changes to the plan.
To monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time.
To oversee the work carried out by the Production Planners to ensure supply of materials and
components are maintained to meet the demand of the production plan.
Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of rejects etc.) and report
to Management Team
Analysing completed jobs and updating systems accordingly.
Create and maintain Key Performance indicators (KPI) for raw material and components for
production.
To ensure communication as and when required and to escalate issues when necessary to
the Commercial Manager.
To ensure all office documentation is filed correctly
