What you'll be doing:
- Assisting with kit lists, getting additional items for the site, and keeping the order book updated with off hires.
- Ensuring accuracy in invoice processing and addressing any discrepancies that arise.
- Handling accruals, including internal transfers and vehicle allocation sheets.
- Raising purchase orders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Organising couriers and placing ad hoc orders, such as restocking essential items like bleach and replacing PPE.
