IT Site Service Delivery Lead (m/f/x)

This position will have accountability for the delivery and support of local personal computing services, desk-side support, end-user requests and related infrastructure services to the commercial sites of J&J in UK and Ireland, that covers approximately 10,000 users.

We are looking for someone who is passionate to provide our business end user community, IT Solutions and Services that will improve the overall digital experience for our Commercial sites.

Main Tasks:

  • You are responsible to coordinate the reliable delivery of IT Technology Services capabilities at the sites, including but not limited to:
  • Infrastructure & Networking
  • End User Services
  • Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM)
  • You serve as on-site Point of Contact for Technology Services, and for incident and service request, critical issue contact for IT Managed Service Partners, Business Unit IT, partners, and business clients as appropriate.
  • You interpret and maintain corresponding operational reports on SLAs and important metrics through our reporting tools and teams.
  • You guide the customer through periodic service review meetings and agreed governance meetings.
  • You shape and drive improvement plan(s) for service quality and service level.
  • You drive End User Training and Adoption activities for the key Technology Services Capabilities and Programs.
