Description
Your day-to-day will include:
- Provide expert legal advice to the businesses internal stakeholders and colleagues
- Work closely with the wider business to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement legal contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contracts.
- Assist in managing the company's legal risks.
- Liaise with external legal counsel as required.
- Provide training on legal matters to the company
- Assist with litigation as and when needed
- Company secretarialassistance
Profile
The successful candidate will be a 2+ PQE Legal Counsel or Senior Counsel with experience in the Automotive Finance or wider Financial Services industry as a broad commercial in-house Lawyer.
Job Offer
- Base salary up to 85,000 GBP depending on candidate experience
- Benefits package including car allowance
- Hybrid working (1 - 2 days per week in the office)
