About the Role:


We are on the hunt for a sharp and talented Legal Counsel with 3-5 years PQE to join their legal team. Reporting directly to the senior managing counsel, you'll manage relationships with high-profile partners like Booking.com, Stripe, and Amazon, while handling a diverse range of legal matters. This includes everything from commercial transactions to capital markets and corporate finance. Your mission will be to simplify legal processes, make documents user-friendly, and provide clear, actionable legal insights to cross-functional teams.


Who are you?

You have a strong transactional banking and finance background, with ideally in-house experience or a strong desire to broaden out your skillset. Your training at a top law firm has equipped you with excellent drafting skills and the ability to demystify complex legal concepts. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for managing multiple projects with ease. Above all, you are a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
