We are looking for Engineering Graduates who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.

These positions are based at either Woolpit, London, or Cardiff.  Graduate Engineers will be based at one of the offices however, for parts of the training you may be expected to stay near other offices for short periods.  This is for the benefit of the Graduate Engineer to be exposed to a diverse training programme in all utilities, something that is unique within the UK.

As an Engineering Graduate your key responsibilities are

Undertake tasks and projects that will give practical experience within the utilities industry.

Maintain a record of experience and learning while working towards professional engineering status.

Develop an understanding of wider business functions and how they operate together.

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

About you

Educated to degree level in an appropriate Engineering based discipline and have achieved (or be working towards) a minimum 2:1 grade.

A team player with experience in working as part of a team.

Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
