**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with our Design Management and Construction teams to create highly detailed and accurate coordination and detail drawings using BIM modeling.
- Support the BIM Manager and Information Manager in day-to-day BIM modeling and coordination tasks.
- Maintain and develop the federated cloud-based Revit model using ACC.
- Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate BIM standards development and ensure quality across related files and models.
- Provide CAD drafting and BIM modeling support.
- Develop BIM plans and understand subcontractor work scopes.
- Manage complex design disciplines (architecture, structure, and M&E) while meeting project requirements.
- Troubleshoot BIM-related issues.

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry or a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or engineering.
- Proficiency in creating coordination drawings that incorporate architecture, structural, and M&E elements.
- Strong proficiency with Revit.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Desirable knowledge of Navisworks.
