About the role
Tenancy management and contract monitoring, carrying out inspections, identifying disrepair and liaising with the providers of temporary accommodation on behalf of our tenants.
- Co-ordinate acquisition of accommodation
- Responsible for inspection of properties, taking advice from Private Sector Housing on complex matters, ensuring free of hazards and in good standard.
- Interview prospective landlords, ensuring acceptance of obligations
- Arrange viewings, including housing benefits and payments are completed
- Issue bond certificates, administer claims, ensuring prompt payment
- Act as a point of contact for landlords and tenants in situations of breakdown
About you
- Good knowledge of procurement law and contract monitoring
- Marketing techniques and research skills
- Good knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience in property acquisitions, estate agency, allocations / lettings
- Ability to communicate requirements effectively to providers and tenants.
- Be confident in responding to formal complaints and enquiries.
