Export Sales Administrator

Main Objective
Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity within our Export Sales Office for someone to join us as an administrator. To prepare, record, monitor and process export documentation for customers outside of the UK in support of the Company's business plan, quality standards and operational objectives.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices from customer orders.
- Compile packing lists.
- Ensure correct preparation of customs documentation.
- Liaise with customers concerning order despatch.
- Ensure maintenance of competitive shipping/air freight costs.
- Advise on export documentation procedures
- Check and approve courier invoices.
- Any other duties as required and as commensurate with the role
To be considered suitable for the role you will be:
- An organised individual who prides them-self on time management and organisation skills
- A hard worker with a good work ethic
- Able to take direction and work as part of a team
- The hours are 38.5 with varied start and finish times depending on department, operating between 9am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
