SLH Consult are partnering our client a national house builder who are looking to appoint an assistant site manager/finishing foreman on a freelance basis for project within Cirencester.

The project consists of new build 2,3 and 4 bed houses & apartments both tradional build and timber frame, mainly for private sale, the successful candidate will be looking after all remedial and customer care on site working alongside the existing Project manager.

You will require extensive experience working as an Assistant Site Manager/Finishing Foreman within the housing sector, and possess a valid CSCS card, SMSTS with duties consisting of liaising with NHBC, and customers, coordinating trades, snagging, ensuring all works are carried out to a high standard, and keeping all parties updated and works completed.

The assignment will offer longevity and a competitive day rate.
