The successful candidate will play a critical role in advising clients on a range of benefits solutions, ensuring they receive the best possible guidance to enhance their employee offerings. What you’ll be doing:
Consult with clients to understand their employee benefits needs and objectives.Design and implement tailored benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and more.Stay current with industry trends and regulations to provide up-to-date advice and solutions.Conduct benefits audits and analyses to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.Develop strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of benefits solutions.Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.Assist in the development and execution of benefits communication strategies.

Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Consultant or in a similar role.In-depth knowledge of employee benefits, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.Group pensions knowledge.Strong understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Proficiency in using benefits management software and tools.
