The Company:

The Rugby office is at the forefront of exciting and diverse projects, ranging from residential developments to commercial and mixed-use schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications, ensuring compliance with local and national planning policies.

* Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies.

* Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to provide expert planning advice.

* Contribute to the development and implementation of planning strategies for various projects.

* Support senior planners in larger projects while independently handling smaller-scale projects.

* Prepare reports and deliver presentations to clients and planning committees.

Requirements:

* A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.

* A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a planning role, preferably within a consultancy or local authority.

* Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and procedures.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Membership or working towards membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) is desirable.
