Our Kettering based client is recruiting a Senior Financial Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis to be responsible for the completion of timely and accurate financial transactions for a defined portfolio of clients.

Key

Responsibilities:

Timely and accurate financial transactional processing in the areas of:

VAT
Payroll
Purchase ledger
Sales ledger
Bank
Month end reconciliation and adjustment
Reviewing other team members work, as well as mentoring Financial Accounts Administrators and Financial Accounts Assistants where requiredCore Competencies required for this role:=

Ability to interface at all levels.

Commitment to the delivery of customer service excellence

IT literateExperience and Skill Requirements:

Good literacy and numeracy skills (equivalent to GCSE 5+in English and Maths)
Experience and working knowledge in basic use of MS Office Excel
AAT level 4 ,CIMA or ACCA trainee or qualified by experience.
Have worked with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
Experience of using MS Excel in finance role
