An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Officer to join a leading company in the food industry. This role offers a fantastic chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment with comprehensive training and career growth opportunities.

You will need to come from a food industry background, with the ability to prioritise workloads. You will be in a strong team of individuals where everyone works to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and monitor food safety standards across the site.
  • Conduct GMP, procedural, and hygiene audits, ensuring compliance.
  • Investigate customer complaints and support external and internal audits.
  • Perform calibration checks, shelf-life assessments, and product analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold technical standards.

You will need to have:

  • Experience in a FMCG environment
  • Knowledge of technical management systems
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and coach cross-functional teams
