Role Overview: We are looking for confident and driven Shift Co-ordinators to join our bustling hot desks in either the industrial or healthcare sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys the challenge of filling shifts quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the allocation of shifts to candidates across either the industrial or healthcare sectors.
  • Engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure shifts are filled promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Source and vet candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of shifts filled and candidate placements.
  • Participate in some on-call weekend duties to ensure client needs are met outside of regular office hours.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the desk.

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales, recruitment, door-to-door sales, cold calling, client engagement, shift co-ordinating, or resourcing.
  • Industry knowledge in either industrial or healthcare recruitment.

  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
