The role

Our reputation wouldnât have been possible without the hard work of our Operations Team who play a crucial role, ensuring production of goods run as smoothly as possible and stock levels remain balanced.

Youâll be in charge of the materials planning team, responsible for ensuring all our raw materials, packaging and merchandise are all in the right place at the right time. You will create and deliver the team strategy, ensuring that we are operating in the most effective way possible and setting us up for continued future growthð

What we're looking for in you

- This role will be best suited to someone with 3-5 years experience of FMCG materials management in a food or drink-based FMCG business ð

- Youâll have a thorough understanding of shelf life, lead times and stock targets, and know how to manage the balance between availability and wastage

- You will also need to be pretty savvy on excel, ERP systems and able to translate data into a story to explain the drivers of a situation ð

- A stickler for detail, you will have a love for process and structure to ensure we are operating as efficiently and effectively as possible

- Huelâs new Senior Supply Chain Manager will have 2 direct reports but oversee a team of 5, so we need someone able to create a high performance culture

- Youâll also be a good communicator, able to take responsibility and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure our customers needs are being met

- Finally, Flexibility will be key ð. We are looking for someone who isnât afraid to push boundaries and set new goals for the team, everyone wears a lot of hats and requirements change all the time
