Duties and responsibilities:

  • Liaise with consultants, patients and relevant departments regarding imaging department administration, cancelling clinics for Radiologists and organising additional clinics where required
  • Meet and greet all customers and respond to incoming telephone calls and relay to the imaging team as necessary
  • Issue reports and record destinations
  • Appoint patients with due regard to preparation and protocol
  • Deal with telephone enquiries in an appropriate manner maintaining a customer focus
  • Provide a clerical service for imaging and maintain stationery stock levels

Who we're looking for:

  • Experience working in a busy front facing role would be beneficial or minimum previous experience in a fast paced customer focused business
  • Must have outstanding customer care, verbal and written skills experience and have proven computer literacy to include Outlook, Excel and Word
  • To be able to work on own initiative and/or as part of a team
  • To remain calm, positive and confident in difficult or stressful situations
