A new opportunity has become available for an Electrician to join a reputable Oil and Gas company on a permanent basis. Based in Northern Aberdeenshire, you will work as part of a team (both in the workshop and offshore) to install service and repair equipment. Carrying out repairs and upgrades of electrical equipment will be an integral part of the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation, service and repair of equipment.
  • Liaise with Management Team on work scopes.
  • Provide back-up assistance where required.
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
  • Logging of information.

Offshore/ Overseas:

  • Traveling overseas/offshore to install, service & repair equipment as required.
  • Be prepared to undertake medicals, vaccinations and training as required for offshore/overseas travel.

Essential Experience:

  • Certified Electrical Qualification.
  • Inspection of electrical systems, fault finding, testing and repairs.
  • Working with Electrical schematic and wiring diagrams.

Remuneration:

  • Rate - £20.45 per hour + Overtime Rates
  • Offshore day rate: £350 per day
