Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Agency Team Manager for a review project based in Wirral. The postholder will manage a team of five agency social workers. The role is to ensure the five social workers undertake reviews in care homes and in a person's own home in a timely manner. The postholder will allocate the work, monitor throughput, quality assure the assessments as required ensuring continuing health care checklists are implemented.
Requirements:
- SWE registered
- Team management experience, and experience in supervising social work staff.
- Sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, Safeguarding and Continuing Health Care.
- Desirable, knowledge of the 3-conversation model.
